DR. DONALD SANTORA
Donald Santora, MD is a board-certified ophthalmologist who has performed more than 30,000+ refractive procedures. He graduated from Allegheny College with a bachelor’s in science, honors and Phi Beta Kappa Membership. He received his MD from Penn State College of Medicine in 1991. He completed an ophthalmology residency from St. Francis Medical Center in 1995 and had post-graduate fellowship training in glaucoma and refractive surgery, the latter being international training under the tutelage of Dr. Robert Zaldivar, A global Pioneer in LASIK surgery.
Dr. Santora is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Pennsylvania Medical Society, the International Society of Refractive Surgeons and the Pennsylvania Academy of Ophthalmology. Dr. Santora has published numerous papers in ophthalmology journals and lectured on current topics in the field of laser vision correction.
